We ship out fast - out of New Jersey.
You should expect your package within 2-7 business days, depending on how close your location is to New Jersey.
Jewish-crafts.com must authorize all returns or exchanges. E-mail returns with you order number and let us know why you need to make the return.
All claims for shortages and/or damages must be placed within seven days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned merchandise must be received by Jewish-crafts in saleable condition and must be shipped via insured mail at your cost.
DAMAGE OR OTHER DISCREPANCY:
Please open boxes immediately! If there is a discrepancy with your order, you must report it to our office within 7 days of delivery. If your merchandise is damaged during shipping, please keep damaged carton and call your local UPS representative immediately. A claim for lost or damaged merchandise must be filed with UPS/FedEx/USPS within 7 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for shipping on returned merchandise. All returns must be authorized by a customer service representative. Please note: No returns are permitted after 30 days from date of invoice.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
